A successful team is very important to win in the business. TEAM is the acronym for “Together Everyone Achieves More”. Team work is very much important in all aspects of life. It is said that we cannot clap with a single hand. Only when there is a combination of efforts from different people and clustering of ideas, a business can be run successfully. The manager may not take a wise decision always. But instead the team can sit and analyze the prospects of the ideas and have a meeting. Ideas derived from many spheres will help in a better conclusion.
It is important to choose the team members. In any interview, a candidate will be rejected if he blows his own trumpet. This kind of attitude will reflect his mental stature which indicates that he is not to be fit to work in a team. Working in a team is nothing but adjusting with the colleague. Getting the help from other employees and helping them in turn when ever it is needed. If a person can do a work in one hour then 6 people can combine and do the work in ten minutes. Lot of time and efforts can be saved.
A company must hire employees such that they will fit in the team. A team will work towards in achieving the company’s goals. The objective of the company must be the vision and mission of the individual employees. A strong analysis of the candidate during the interview is very much supported to identify his willingness to work as a team. There are many psychometric and scientific tests conducted to prove the credibility of the employees.
